Mediation Representation
Mediation is a confidential approach to dispute resolution that helps the participants reach their own decisions. A mediator is a neutral party that will not tell the parties what to do, unlike an arbitrator. The mediator is charged with going back and forth between the parties to obtain the give and take that is necessary to reach a resolution.
