  • U.S. Federal Courts for the Western District of Missouri. This is the site for the federal district court and the bankruptcy court for the Western District of Missouri. New local rules, forms and announcements are all contained here. You may further find decisions and rulings from the judges.
  • U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. This is the web site for the United States bankruptcy court in Delaware. Most of the nation's largest Chapter 11 cases are filed in Delaware and this site provides a valuable source of information.
  • BSS 13Network. This is a Chapter 13 network which provides links to numerous of the Chapter 13 trustees around the country, including our own Rick Fink in the Western District of Missouri.
  • American Board of Certification. Start looking for board certified bankruptcy lawyers located anywhere in the country. The American Board of Certification is sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Commercial Law League of America.
