In addition to working with the other attorneys of Checkett, Pauly, Bay & Morgan, LLC, Tymon practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Corporate, Probate, Real Estate, and General Civil Litigation. Tymon works diligently to fight for and protect his clients’ rights and interests.
Prior to joining the firm, Tymon worked for several years in Springfield, Missouri, practicing in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Defense, Workers’ Compensation Defense, and Insurance Defense. In 2012, Tymon graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he was a Joseph T. Capelli Scholar, and a recipient of awards for excellence in coursework in Banking Law and Conflicts of Law. Prior to attending law school, Tymon graduated in 2009 with his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from The American University in Washington, DC.
Tymon is involved in several community organizations and activities. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He also enjoys reading, hunting, and watching the Missouri Tigers, the St. Louis Cardinals and the Kansas City Chiefs.
