Our clients are very important to us and we recognize your time is valuable. To expedite your in office meeting with us, complete our Bankruptcy Intake Form before you come in. Additionally, here is a suggested list of documents to bring to your initial consultation .
 
Federal regulation requires all debtors take two credit counseling courses. When you log onto AccessBK.org and register, you will be prompted to enter an attorney code. Our attorney code is RED8449JC . This will link your credit counseling/debtor education course to our information. Once the course is complete, it will automatically email our office a copy of your certificate. Additionally, as a client of Checkett & Pauly, you will receive a discounted price for the course upon entering our attorney code.

It’s important to accurately list all creditors. To do this, we ask that you obtain a copy of your Credit Report.
 
We will need to know the value of the vehicles you own. We recommend NADA.
